That’s the mantra of this Mercedes-Benz digital advertising campaign - and we did just that. We were asked to identify the diverse and talented rising stars of Hollywood as the brand aimed to create a campaign promoting Mercedes-Benz as younger and no longer your father’s conservative car.

 

We worked with Mercedes-Benz to identify the hottest Hollywood stars, negotiate an endorsement deal with the ultra-talented A$AP Rocky and get a series of ultra-cool digital films underway. We secured the rights for the brand and managed all aspects from creative to on-set stills. The result? An award-winning series of digital short films that redefine what Mercedes-Benz ownership is.

 

Now that is redefining luxury.

A philanthropic first for the entertainment community, our team produced the annual Unite4Humanity awards with legendary media partner, Variety Magazine.

An Academy-Awards week event hosted at iconic Hollywood venues, we gathered the industry’s brightest stars from the worlds of film, television, music, sports and digital media and recognized individuals for their philanthropic commitment to dozens of vital causes.

 

Our honorees included over forty notable grant recipients and speakers, including President Bill Clinton, Martin Scorsese, Sean Penn, Halle Berry, Selena Gomez, Eva Longoria, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Robert, DeNiro, Matthew McConaughey, Amy Poehler, Morgan Freeman, Seth Rogan and wife Lauren Miller and many, many more. Events included featured performances by Alicia Keys, Demi Lovato, Pink and other award-winners, resulting in millions of dollars of grants being awarded to impactful non-profits around the world.

We were thrilled to be the launch team behind unite4:good, a revolutionary global movement dedicated to honoring and celebrating acts of kindness and service.

Through empowering action, creating new programs, and uniting both individuals and organizations in innovative ways—unite4:good inspired positive and lasting change on a global scale.

With a mantra of inspire, empower, share and love, the movement did just that – resulting in millions of dollars of grants to over two dozen major international non-profits, hundreds of grants to local heroes to further their good work in communities across America, and over four million acts of kindness worldwide. We united the entertainment community, partnering with Variety Magazine to create the first-ever philanthropic awards, and shed light on kindness and compassion by reaching over a billion people with our work. From logo design to program creation, organization structure and grant implementation, we created an unstoppable team and impactful partnerships.

We joined forces with the PGA/Northern Trust Open and Calamigos Guest Ranch in Malibu, CA to develop a strategic partnership – We created a first-of-its-kind entertainment experience for the Northern Trust Open and then Genesis Open. Held at the Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades, CA. the location was the most luxurious, engaging and exclusive fan experience on the PGA Tour.

 

The result was a stunning VIP branded 3,500 square ft. lounge experience on the 18th hole called The BackLot, created in support of the Tiger Woods Foundation. The BackLot consistently attracts donors, celebrities, athletes and upscale audiences who want to enjoy an unparalleled VIP experience while watching golf superstars including Tiger Woods, Bubba Watson, Dustin Johnson and Rory McElroy to name a few.  We provided our PGA and Tiger woods Foundation partner with a full roster of benefits, including production, sponsorships, PR, marketing and VIP ticket sales.

 

The experience was and is extraordinary, fun and offers upscale access and laid-back luxury that is unforgettable.

We are proud to have been called on by NIKE to create an opportunity for underserved youth at the Genesis Open – introducing children who had rarely been exposed to the sport of golf by partnering with the Tiger Woods Foundation to invite, instruct and entertain them at the iconic invitational.

 

The activation was the first one in the country for the Nike EQUALITY campaign. We invited 125 students to the tournament as guests of the brand and the foundation. The students were transported to the Riviera Country Club and provided a tour of the event, a dedicated VIP grandstand to watch the players, motivational and instructional speeches from Tiger Woods’ coaches, a catered lunch and EQUALITY by Nike gear. For many, it was their first time experiencing the art of golf and their joy and interest was instantaneous.

 

The initiative kicked off Nike’s ongoing powerful EQUALITY awareness and activation campaign, which focuses on using the power and principles of sport to inspire people to take action in their communities.

 

You could say that is the true meaning of #winning.

There are times when clients and projects intersect in a perfect merging of interests, and we strategically identify those moments to create big deals with big impact.

 

That is what happened with our client Sony PlayStation as we helped the brand construct PlayStation Vue’s integrated media and music campaign, offering exclusive music benefits for consumers to include content, VIP access, tickets, merchandise, and cause marketing promotions. Then to complement the launch of this new service, we negotiated the naming rights of one of the hottest venues in the country. When we were done, PlayStation Theater lit up in Times Square – offering hundreds of shows a year and direct engagement with over 200,000 fans at the venue, not to mention an additional 1.5 million people in Times Square.

Our team packaged, pitched, evaluated, negotiated and finally secured this “big” deal. The result? An impactful multi-year, multi-million dollar strategic partnership, with built-in unmatched media alliances.

With the launch of Pantaya, Lionsgate and partners Pantelion Films and Hemisphere unveiled the premiere Spanish-language destination for streaming movies on-demand.  Formed through a powerful media alliance that included support from Univision and Televisa, Pantaya hosted and delivered hundreds of films for Hispanic entertainment seekers.

 

We worked with Pantaya from its inception, guiding the channel to shape the market opportunity – from customized integrations within films to event and movie premiere partnerships.  We initiated and closed a pre-launch distribution deal with wireless giant Sprint, an alignment that delivered Pantaya to 10 million Hispanic Sprint subscribers and included in-store meet and greets with Hispanic stars in key markets.

The Pantaya-Sprint alignment kicked off with a Hollywood red-carpet event, which we spearheaded with our production partners. The glam, high-profile event featured a breathtaking performance by icon Prince Royce, and raised funds for the Sprint 1Million project, an initiative that aims to bridge the digital divide and help close the homework gap for 1 million low-income high school students who lack internet access at home.

 

By creating an overall partnership platform for Pantaya, we customized programs optimal for brand integrations around a multicultural marketing program. By leveraging close relationships with multicultural agencies and top Hispanic entertainment leaders, we positioned the channel as the only place for Spanish-language entertainment on-demand.

After the tragic and devastating Malibu fires, we stepped in to create and produce Love Letters to Malibu, an exclusive event with Calamigos Guest Ranch to support the good work and assistance the Malibu Foundation provides to the community and the arts.

 

Who doesn’t love Malibu? The sweeping views, mountains, ocean and energy rooted in nature, the laid-back luxury is a vibe of its own. Nestled within these peaceful hills, Calamigos Guest Ranch was a perfect destination for our event weekend. The property spans over 250 acres with 8 venues, 56 overnight accommodations, 3 pools, a full-service spa and fitness facilities. We invite clients to the ranch often, as it is an ideal location for c-suite retreats, VIP experiences, pop-up events and social good initiatives. We are always grateful to share a small portion of what Calamigos Ranch has to offer with our clients and branded entertainment guests.

 

Love Letters to Malibu was a memorable, impactful and beautiful weekend - one we were proud to host with fellow supporter Gibson Guitars, who provided performing talent in three locations on the sprawling venue. Vanessa Garcia hosted a stunning art show, and many sponsors contributed to our silent auction for VIP experiences.

The Carnival of Hope is an awareness initiative that extends human kindness to those experiencing homelessness - because everyone deserves to be seen, heard and loved. The annual Skid Row Carnival of Love (SRCOL) is the largest event of its kind in the United States, serving our unhoused neighbors in and around downtown Los Angeles.

 

We are proud to have served as hands-on sponsors of the event. Our team volunteered by loading trucks, fulfilling gift bags, setting up the venue, and staffing guest greeting and interaction points. While we work to create entertainment and experiences that fundraise for good, we also prioritize the importance of direct service to the underserved.

 

Occupying over 20,000 square feet in the heart of Skid Row, the Carnival’s 2,000 volunteers serve over 4,000 guests each year, delivering resources provided by the government, non-profit, and private partners.

 

This year, we are thrilled that Wayfarer is expanding the program across Los Angeles County and Chicago, in partnership with SocialWorks and Taste for the Homeless. Through strategic planning and partnerships like these, we look forward to assisting the Carnival of Hope program nationwide.

Honoring the debut of the all-new Jeep®Cherokee, the Jeep brand celebrated the national launch in Denver, CO "Colorado-style" with a Counting Crows concert at the famous Red Rocks Amphitheater.

 

Thirty days before the event, we got a call from a friend and client. They’d like us to produce a private concert experience for 9,000 guests within a month’s time. Could we do it? Of course, we said. Let’s go. We jumped into action mode, developing a strategy and bringing in the most experienced of partners to support our vision and efforts. The result? A complimentary and special promotional event for over nine thousand Jeep owners and prospective customers. The Counting Crows performed for Jeep enthusiasts, who enjoyed an unforgettable private concert and multiple VIP immersive experiences.

 

Like Jeep says – There’s Only One – and that could certainly be said of this stunning evening. Vehicle displays lined the way to the gates of Red Rocks. Guests were able to deck themselves out in Jeep gear while getting a sneak peek of the newest rock-crawler in the family - the Cherokee. As a special perk for current Jeep owners, premium "Jeep only" parking was offered, and we created VIP pre-concert backstage tours, meet and greets, dressing room parties, plaza fire pit experiences and stage activations. Jeep rounded out the night by pledging a cause marketing donation. This truly was one of our favorite evenings to date.

We were honored to be asked to produce a star-studded tribute following the Pulse Nightclub tragedy in Orlando, as well as to begin the building of a memorial on the Pulse Nightclub site. We worked with at small team of executives who were close with Pulse owner Barbara Poma to create an event remembering the 49 people who lost their lives, as well as the dozens others who were injured.

 

The result was a emotional evening of love, hope and giving at NeueHouse Hollywood, which kicked off an international text-to-donate program and celebrity auctions on CharityBuzz and Omaze that resulted in nearly half a million dollars being raised for the onePulse Foundation and the OneOrlando Fund.

With less than six weeks to plan the event and no budget to begin, we donated our services across creative, production, public relations, sponsorship and talent outreach to the Foundation.

Twenty-five time Grammy® Award winner Stevie Wonder gave a surprise performance of More Than a Love Song. Performances were powerful from LP to Jessie J who brought the house down as she performed her song Who You Are followed an emotional slowed-down rendition of her hit single Domino, before beginning to ad lib to the rhythm of the tune. “Thank you for being so brave, thank you for not giving up … All we need is love and hope and freedom. I pray for hope. I pray for change.”

A stream from Melissa Etheridge - Live Performance and unity speeches by Pulse Nightclub Founder Barbara Poma, will i. am, emcee Lance Bass, Arielle Kebbel, Caitlyn Jenner, Matt Bomer and Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti.

When Minnesota teen Zach Sobiech found out his cancer was terminal and he had less than a year to live, he decided to make the most of every moment. A musician and songwriter, Zach used his time to write songs to say goodbye to his family. His most famous song, "Clouds," went viral and reached #1 on iTunes at his funeral in 2013. Now, nearly eight years later, Zach's story is featured in the Disney+ original movie, "Clouds."

 

Before Zach passed away, he and his family started the Zach Sobiech Osteosarcoma Fund at the Children's Cancer Research Fund. His goal was to raise money to find better, safer treatments for the disease that took Zach too soon. Today, 100% of every dollar donated to the Zach Sobiech Osteosarcoma Fund goes to osteosarcoma research.

 

We were honored to create an integrated partnership to help raise money in Zach’s name and support his wish. We worked with Clouds, Wayfarer Studios, Disney +, Interscope and Charitybuzz to deliver a memorable Global Drive-In Premiere experience for the movie launch, with unique access opportunities for fans and supporters that raised funds for Zach’s foundation. We were able to craft a 360° opportunity – inclusive of meet and greets, auctions, merchandise and more.

We are proud to call Shine Shop & Give our own initiative, one we conceived and executed because we wanted to harness the power of holiday season shopping and giving for year-long support of causes we believe in deeply.

 

The December debut of the year-round online holiday boutique was designed to engage with shoppers in benefit of initiatives and programs that need our support. Our first chosen beneficiary organization was GirlPowerful.org, which gives young girls the social and emotional learning tools to build a strong sense of self. As a result of our efforts, fifty young women received mentoring via GirlPowerful, and we think that’s the ultimate gift of all.

 

This ongoing, purpose-driven digital destination now gives us the ability to raise funds year-round, creating continuous awareness for featured non-profits. Together we can enhance the world for good, one present at a time.
